Orders & Payments

• All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in INR.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen delays.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package as chocolates are temperature-sensitive products.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product is delivered to your address.

No Returns / No Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
• As our chocolates are artisanal products meant for consumption, refunds are not applicable.
• Only in rare cases of a wrong/damaged product received, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Resolution (replacement or credit) will be handled at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property & Use of Site

• All content on this Site (logos, product images, designs, text) is the intellectual property of Amora Chocolate and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or harmful activities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
