At Amora Chocolate, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns / No Refunds
- All sales are final.
- Due to the nature of our products (artisanal chocolates meant for consumption), we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.
Order Cancellations
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we process them immediately to ensure freshness.
- Please check your cart carefully before making payment.
Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
- Delivery: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package as chocolates are temperature-sensitive products.
Wrong / Damaged Product
- In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at harshabiyyapu@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9392975517.
- After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
Quality Issues
- If you receive chocolates that have melted due to temperature during shipping or are not up to our quality standards, please contact us immediately with photos.
- We will assess each case individually and may provide a replacement at our discretion.
Payments
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Since refunds are not applicable, please ensure order details (quantity, shipping address, etc.) are correct before checkout.
